What levels of care do you offer?
We provide a full outpatient continuum—Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP)—allowing clients to receive the appropriate level of structure and support as they progress in recovery.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept and are in-network with most Medicaid and commercial health insurance plans. Our admissions team verifies benefits quickly and confidentially and will clearly explain coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs before admission.
What does a typical day in treatment look like?
Programming varies by level of care:
- PHP consists of approximately 5 hours per day, up to 6 days per week, providing structured group therapy, individual sessions, psychiatric services, peer support, and skill development.
- IOP typically includes 3 hours per day, 3 days per week, offering continued therapy, accountability, and relapse-prevention support while allowing flexibility for work or family responsibilities.
All clients receive individualized treatment planning and access to psychiatric care as clinically indicated.
Is medication-assisted treatment (MAT) available?
Yes. We provide MAT services—including Suboxone, naltrexone, and other approved medications—when clinically appropriate. All MAT is overseen by licensed medical providers.
Do you offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management?
Yes. Clients have access to comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management to address co-occurring mental health needs.
Can family members be involved in treatment?
Absolutely. Family involvement is encouraged. We provide family therapy and communication support to strengthen long-term recovery outcomes.
Do you help with legal or employment-related needs?
Yes. Our case management team coordinates with probation and parole officers, court systems, HIP program representatives, and employers when needed. We assist with required documentation, compliance updates, and return-to-work coordination to help clients meet external responsibilities while in treatment.
How soon can someone start treatment?
Once insurance is verified and a clinical assessment is completed, if a client meets criteria for our program and we have availability, we can accept clients immediately.
Can you have your cell phone or electronics while in treatment?
Yes. Clients are allowed to have their cell phones and personal electronics. We simply ask that devices are not used during therapy sessions and that everyone respects the confidentiality and privacy of others.
What substances or issues do you treat?
We treat a wide range of substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health concerns. Treatment is individualized based on a comprehensive clinical assessment.
Do you provide drug screening?
Yes. Regular and randomized drug screening is incorporated into treatment across all levels of care as part of our accountability structure.
What happens after completing treatment?
We develop individualized aftercare plans that may include continued outpatient therapy, psychiatric follow-up, peer support, recovery housing coordination, and community-based resources to promote sustained recovery.
